   from Primary Care Reports, 2003.
3. Honorary Fellowship awarded
   by National Institute for Mental Health in England, 2002.
4. Awarded the finalist prize in Public Servant of the Year Award in Health, May, 2002.
5. Awarded the Department of Health,
   National Awards, Commended Prize for 'Improving the Patient Experience' in July 2002.
6. Awarded the Health Service Journal Commended Awards
   on 'Mental Health Team of the year'.
7. Awarded the Health Service Journal Commended Awards
   on 'Clinical Governance Team of the Year, 2002'.
8. Awarded UK 'Hospital Doctor of the Year' Award
   in Psychiatry 2001 organised by Hospital Doctor, Reed Publishing.
9. Co-editor of the handbook "Psychiatric Intensive Care",
   which has won the highly commended prize in the British Medical Association Medical Book Awards Competition 2001 and is now in its 2nd Edition (Cambridge University Press).
10. My team has won the BAMM (British Association of Medical Managers) Medical Manager of the Year runners up prize, 2001.
